Claudio Saravia
In 1997 the Lawyer Saravia graduated of the American University (UAM) in Managua city, with
excellent notes, and in their thesis "Coalition and Transformation of Anonymous Societies
in Nicaragua and in the Compared Right (Spain-Argentina) he obtained the maximum qualification;
after being evaluated by a tribunal of specialists in the matter. In this University approved
postgraduate courses in advanced and the Civil Procedural Law in Banking and
Banking Law.
Since student worked in a Civil Court in Managua over a period of seven years, and given the absence in the country of specialized courts, he know matters of Family Law, Agrarian Law and Commercial Law, in addition to the items everyday of Civil Law and Civil Procedure. During that time acquired extensive experience in conflict analysis and development of civil judgments.
Later he joined to work at the Bank of America Central, S.A. (BAC) one of more consolidated financial institution in Nicaragua with operations in the whole Central American isthmus and Florida, (USA) recently financial partner of General Electric (GE), which is characterized by hiring a professional first. In that institution worked as a legal adviser specialized in Real Estate, Corporate Law and development of a wide range of banking contracts. Time later was promoted to Manager of Consumer Banking Law, were he work for several years.
Lawyer Saravia at the helm staff of specialists put the maturity of years of experience to the order of their significant customers, with the slogan with care and efficiency.
Norma Vergara Real
In 2001 the Lawyer Norma Vergara Real graduated from the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua in
Managua (UPOLI) approved courses in Labor Law and Criminal Law, at the same University and in the
Supreme Court, she worked during six years in legal office “Munguía, Vidaurre, Chavez
" and during five years in the Legal Management of the Superintendence of Banks of
Nicaragua. At the Bank of America Central, S.A. (BAC) was responsible for opening bank accounts of
Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, Agricultural Cooperatives, Non-Governmental Organizations
(NGO's) national and international public and private schools, decentralized and autonomous
entities State ministries, which allowed her to dominate with mastery the legal nature of each one
of these organizations and the particular normatives him that regulates them, likewise it developed
great experience in Corporative Law and Notarial rights. She also has experience in Family Law and
Registry of Trademarks.
Juan Ramón Cruz García
In 1997, the Lawyer Juan Ramon Cruz Garcia, graduated from the American University (UAM) in Managua,
approved courses in International Trade Law at the same university, Trusteeship, Financial Leasing
(Leasing), Factoring and Insurance Companies in the Farming or Industrial Nicaraguan Finance
Investment, Seminars over Amend Prosecutors Taxpayer and Resources, Value Added Tax (VAT) Annual
Income Tax (IR) in the Nicaraguan Institute of Tax Studies and Research (INIET). Recently obtained a
Master Degree at Business Law at the University Francisco de Vitoria and the Bar Association of
Madrid, Spain.
He has worked as Legal Adviser at the Banco del Café, the Bank of the Export (BANEXPO), the Central Bank of Nicaragua (BCN) specifically in the Administration and Payment Bank Board Nicaraguan Industry and Trade (BANIC) and the Central American Credit Bank (BANCENTRO) during the time he acquired great experience in recovering portfolio.
Lawyer Juan Ramon Cruz Garcia has been a professor at the Central American University (UCA) in the following subjects: Economic Development Investment Law, Tax Law, Banking and Intellectual Property Law.
Alberto Leopoldo Mendoza D’Arcy
In 1999 the Lawyer Alberto Leopoldo Mendoza D'Arcy, graduated from the Central American
University (UCA) in Managua city, approve at the same university courses on Mediation and
Arbitration, Practicing Labor at the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua "UPOLI",
Intellectual Property and corporations.
For several years he worked in the First Labor Court of Managua, during which time he acquired an wide experience in this branch of law, one of his strengths it’s the conflict analysis and preparation of work resolutions. The lawyer Mendoza D'Arcy, has extensive experience in employment contracts, collective agreements, to bring and defense lawsuits, as well as in administrative proceedings at the Labor Ministry. Additionally he has a great domain in administrative proceedings before the Office of Consumer Protection at the Ministry of Economy.
He worked as Legal Adviser of prestigious companies such as Grupo Coen, Puerto Cabezas Power, Central American Bank, Nicaraguan Institute for Insurance and Reinsurance (INISER), Metropolitan Insurance, Nicaraguan Telecommunications Company (ENITEL), Seminole Tribe of Florida in Nicaragua, among others.
The lawyer Alberto Leopoldo Mendoza D'Arcy, has been english teacher in "English as a Second Language Program" at the American Nicaraguan School in Managua, Nicaragua.
